Hair transplantation methods in practice
There are only two methods in modern follicle transplantology
STRIP and FEU
STRIP and FEU
Both of them are widely practiced and having their feature, indications and contraindications .There is no way to consider them as competing ones. In the case of huge baldness, the combination if these two gives the opportunity to increase the total sum of mined grafts for 30-35% in comparison ,when it's used only one" Strip" or "FUE" method. To sum up, it gives the chance to increase the density of transplanted hair and reduces the procedure amount.
There is only difference between STRIP and FUE methods in technological collecting of donor's material. Other stages are similar. In both ways the micrografts -follicle units (containig1-3 hair) are transplanted. That's why regardless to the chosen method (STRIP) or (FUE) the effect is absolutely natural.

Grafts are mined without section (rolling cylinder with 0.6-0. Diameter).
Ore hair is collecting by hand of patient, after cylindrical section around follicle group-grafts .Chance of follicle damage is reduced to minimum.
This method is giving chance of hair mining from nope as well as from other parts of body (chest, shoulders etc).
It also can be used as an add to STRIP techniques during mega session (when transplanting more than 5000 of grafts per procedure).
This gives an opportunity to collect micro grafts from above and below the section area and provides effective transplantation, when high quality baldness is presented with problematic mobility of skin in donor area.
It is urgent to shave the nope and temporal parts. When transplanting less than 1000 of grafts, only thin part must be shaved, it can be covered with hair.

As the donor's material the hair is used only from occipital and temporal parts. There is no need of shaving completely .The seam is covered by hair and isn't visible after procedure.
Operation lasts for 2-5 hours and depends on the amount of grafts and is absolutely comfortable for patient.
Grafts' survival rate is too high approx.98-100%. cosmetic seam is applied on nape.
